Holiday Inn Express Eugene - Springfield by IHG

My stay was extremely comfortable thanks to the soft bed and quiet environment. The hotel blends modern design with warm hospitality, which made me feel at home. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, with very friendly staff. The breakfast area was clean, and the food was fresh and nicely presented. I would definitely come back on my next trip.

We booked our stay for four nights and it was WONDERFUL!!! They have a beautiful pool open from 7am-10pm, a fitness center open 24 hours and a fantastic breakfast every morning. The pool is indoors and includes a spa. The fitness center has multiple machines in working order. The breakfast has a TON of options (cereal, yogurt, pancakes, eggs, bacon, omelets, hasbrowns, toast, bagels, cinnamon rolls and many more) They have coffee, tea, hot chocolate and juice available. The parking is l great. The rooms are beautiful. They have updated countertops, a fridge, a microwave, an iron and hangers for your clothes. The shower has amazing water pressure. I cannot tell you anything negative about this beautiful hotel. Lastly, thr staff are top notch OUTSTANDING!!! They are kind, outgoing, generous and helpful. I needed an extra blanket and they gave me two!! They were so nice and thoughtful. I would definitely book my stay here again. It is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It deserves 10 stars!!

We frequent this hotel whenever we make our trips up to Washington. It is a fantastic stop because it is close to so many stores and restaurants. There is also a Tesla 250KW Super Charger in the parking lot, so it is pretty convenient for electric cars. The rooms are pretty good for a great price. We had a problem once where our room had some wet carpet and a small to it. So we asked for a new room and was given one.

Great location right off I-5 but far enough away from the freeway that it's very quiet. This little area is full of hotels, gas stations and every kind of restaurant, from fast food to pizza joints to sit-down national chain restaurants. Perfect little enclave for travelers. Stop, fill up your car with gas, check in to your room, and then walk to a restaurant that catches your fancy. Every mid-sized town on a freeway should have an area just like this. The hotel was just what I always expect from Holiday Inn Express. Clean, up to date, easy check-in/check-out, and an above average free breakfast. Staff, as always, was friendly and competent. Their rewards program is as good as any hotel's.

Hotel has very comfortable rooms. Very quiet very little traffic noise. Breakfast bar had a great selection. Employees were very helpful when I had question.

Quiet room in a very well kept hotel. Hot tub is nice. Good breakfast, too. We stayed at La Quinta the night before but this Holiday Inn Express in Springfield, Oregon is much better than La Quinta. Totally recommended.

The service was excellent. They have filtered water in the gym, and the front desk staff even showed me where it was and opened the door so I could fill my water bottle. There’s a nice pool and well-equipped exercise area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bed is very cozy. The lobby has plenty of seating areas to relax. Breakfast is decent, with options like eggs, turkey sausage, and oatmeal.

Friendly staff, great rooms, and outstanding service. Marcie in housekeeping went above and beyond—bringing extra coffee pods and hot chocolate for my grandson. Warm, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. Staff like Marcie make guests want to return. Well done!
